Full payment will be taken in advance when booking and part of this payment includes a non-refundable deposit of £25.

If you need to amend or cancel your booking, I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

If you cancel your booking the deposit will not be returned, but the remainder of the payment can be returned to you.

If you wish to reschedule your booking within the 48 hour window, you can do so but will have to pay the deposit again to rebook.

The initial booking includes an extra -15-minute consultation time, and the price reflects this.
